If at any time you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may return any opened & unopened bottles within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping. Please follow the following steps to receive a full refund:
- Contact customer support at email@example.com with the reason for return and to receive your Return Number (RMA#) and a return address.
- Place your RMA# inside or outside of the package along with your name and address.
- Ship the product back to us.
- Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt of returned product(s) for refund.

Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it. If the product has been tampered with in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is customers responsibility. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with return information including your name, order number, product and reason for return as well as the shipping information.
Shipping & Handling

Generally, shipping is handled by a third-party courier. When you purchase a Product from The Skinny Line, any shipping times shown on the Site are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary. Monday-Friday orders placed before 12pm will ship same day, any time later than 12pm will ship next business day. Weekend orders ship on next business day, but may ship on Saturdays. Typically, shipping will take 2-5 days.
